Quattro Portoni produces farmstead buffalo milk cheeses of the finest quality.  Including our old favorite Bufarolo from Crown Finish Caves, (RIP). Casatica has a mild milky flavor with a soft bloomy rind.  Pudgy and spreadable when young, dense and dreamy a few months on.
