Cheese Board Oil is an essential companion in your kitchen. Give your cheese board a regular rub of this oil to protect it from splitting and from absorbing odors and stains. This means your cheese board will look spick and span and will last much longer. This oil repels water like a rind protects cheese. It's a useful, must have accessory.
Board maintenance
Soak a new board in oil for three consecutive nights before the first use. Let it dry standing up. After that, a monthly spray and rub will do the trick. The oil is odorless and tasteless. Spray the board then wipe it down with a rag or tea towel until it shines.

We ship select items nationwide from Brooklyn, NY. Please note: we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping is available at a flat rate of $25, with expedited and overnight options available at checkout.
At checkout, you’ll choose your shipping speed and ship date (the date your order leaves us), not the delivery date. Most orders arrive within 1–2 days of the selected ship date, even when Standard Shipping is selected.
To protect perishable items, ship dates are available Monday and Thursday and may be limited during warmer periods. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries.
