We may not be the best photographers, but we know how to pick cheese. This is the most decadent and luxurious cheese platter we've ever made.  A whole wheel of world renowned Rush Creek Reserve, half a pound of Signature 20 month aged Gruyere, and a quarter pound of Deer Creek's The Blue Jay - a quintuple creme blue cheese featuring crushed juniper berries for a hint of gin in a creamy deluxe bite. Add a full size jar of jam, Marabissi Panforte, torrone nougat, chocolate and almonds and you've got some of the world's best cheeses and the accompaniments to take you well past midnight.
