Just like the original crackers made in the early 1800s, Castleton crackers are hand-rolled and cracked by hand (hence the etymology of the word “cracker”). Owner and founder Whitney Lamy takes great pride in doing things the old fashioned way and her methods have paid off! The New York Times Writes: “The folks in Castleton, VT...have nailed the texture perfectly: sturdy enough for spreading and dipping, but flaky enough for nibbling like potato chips.”

Nationwide Shipping
We ship select items nationwide from Brooklyn, NY. Please note: we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping is available at a flat rate of $25, with expedited and overnight options available at checkout.
At checkout, you’ll choose your shipping speed and ship date (the date your order leaves us), not the delivery date. Most orders arrive within 1–2 days of the selected ship date, even when Standard Shipping is selected.
To protect perishable items, ship dates are available Monday and Thursday and may be limited during warmer periods. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries.
