• Albacore Tuna with Spanish Lemon - Tuna, pole-and-line caught in the Bay of Biscay by small boat fishermen preserved with lemons from the Spanish Mediterranean coast. Packed by hand with 100% Spanish olive oil, fresh lemon juice, and a touch of salt by a cannery located in Northwest Spain. 
• Cantabrian Anchovies in Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Caught by small-boat fishermen using the purse seine fishing method in the Cantabrian Sea. Sourced from Europe's only MSC-certified sustainable anchovy fishery. Semipreserved through a salt-curing process that lasts for an average of six - eight months.   Handpacked by a third-generation family-owned cannery using a traditional artisanal process perfected over decades.  Packed with premium Spanish extra virgin olive oil, sourced directly from Andalusian farmers. 1.73 oz
