High Lawn Farm in the Massachusetts Berkshires has been breeding Jersey cows for over 100 years. Their cows produce about four times as much milk with 17% more protein and 20% more calcium per unit than average cows. They graze on farm grass during the summer an farm grown hay and corn during the winter while lounging on water beds! All to produce some of our favorite East Coast cheese.

We ship select items nationwide from Brooklyn, NY. Please note: we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping is available at a flat rate of $25, with expedited and overnight options available at checkout.
