Lazy Lady Farm in Vermont was founded by Laini Fondiller in 1987. She prioritizes herd health and sustainable practices that produce delicious cheese by carefully managing a small herd of 30 to 40 goats completely off the grid on her remote solar and wind powered farm. During the winter months when her goats are pregnant and not producing, she sources Jersey cow's milk from neighboring Butterworks farm.
Grazing in the Grass: A lactic cow's milk cheese with lavender and a geotrichum ripened rind.
Sweet Caroline: A goat and cow's milk washed rind, ripened for four weeks and washed in Kingdom Brewing's Russian stout.
