Justin Chao started Le Bon Garcon in 2010 inspired by a year abroad in Paris learning French confectionery technique. and his childhood spent in LA Chinatown and the dynamic flavors he fell in love with there.

Bitten Peach - Marrying ripe peaches and warm Chinese five spice in an ode to the story of Mizi Xia and the bitten peach.
