A succulent and buttery brie-style cheese named for the mountain peak above the von Trapp Farmstead. Mt Alice is A creamy and buttery brie named for the mountain peaking over the von Trapp family farm. As the cheese ages it intensifies from mild mushroom notes with a firm paste to a more funky barnlike flavor and creamier texture.
The von Trapp family, yes, that von Trap family from The Sound of Music came to Vermont after the second World War because of it's similarities to their native Austria. Still a family run business, the've been making artisanal cheese on their certified organic, regenerative farm since 2009.

We ship select items nationwide from Brooklyn, NY. Please note: we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping is available at a flat rate of $25, with expedited and overnight options available at checkout.
At checkout, you’ll choose your shipping speed and ship date (the date your order leaves us), not the delivery date. Most orders arrive within 1–2 days of the selected ship date, even when Standard Shipping is selected.
