Stony Pond Farm in Vermont is one of several small family organic farms providing dairy to Organic Valley brands. Their rotating free roaming grass fed herd of Jersey, Devon, Ayrshire, and British White cows also serve their own creamery making award winning small batch cheeses.
Tom-Tom is named for the wild turkey's that roam the farm. It’s a pasteurized, bloomy-rind cheese similar to a camambert that’s hard not to eat all in one sitting.
