Our 13-15 lb turkeys (prior to trussing and cooking) are locally sourced from Goffle Farms in Pennsylvania. We brine and roast them to perfection.
Arrives cold. To heat at home, place foiled covered turkey in the oven at 350 degrees for up to two hours, until the internal temp reaches over 165, preferably on a slotted tray or baking rack. Remove foil for last 15 mins of heating.
**Please Note** After dressing and cooking meat generally weighs up to a third less than the uncooked weight. For larger parties, turkey lovers and hungry people we recommend adding a turkey roll or lots of sides! One Turkey should serve 6-8 people.
All deliveries will arrive between 9am and noon on Wednesday the 26th, regardless of the time you select at checkout, no exceptions.
Pick up will start at 9AM on the 27th and end at 1PM regardless of time selected at check out. No Exceptions.
