A Brooklyn based brewery that strives for unique and out-of-the-box flavors while maintaining the classic art of brewing and more traditional styles.
Prudence- An English Mile Ale with a light body and complex notes of nutty malt, resiny hops and fruity esters. 3.8% ABV
Patience & Fortitude - Flagship Czech Pilsner. Rustic, crackery malt and light grainy sweetness is countered with herbal, gently-spicy Saaz hops. 4.7% ABV
Skedaddle -A west coast style IPA brewed & dry-hopped with Centennial, Chinook and Mosaic. Dank notes of citrus, pine resin and tropical fruit in superb balance with a light caramel sweetness. Medium bitterness with a clean off-dry finish. 7% ABV
Pack of Lions - A classic witbier brewed with orange & grapefruit zest, coriander and chamomile flower. Bright, light & refreshing with notes of citrus, wheat, hints of chamomile, soft phenols and a dry, tangy finish. 5% ABV
