THE TURKEY
These birds are pasture-raised on local farms. Absolutely no antibiotics or hormones are ever used! The best turkeys you’ll ever taste.
Whole Roast Turkeys
10-12 lbs turkey brined and roasted

Turkey Roll
We do all the work for you. Simply heat and slice. Boneless pastured turkey, white and dark meat. Brined, rolled & stuffed with our signature house-made pork stuffing

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Turkey:
Preheat oven to 375F
Put in a roasting pan and place turkey in oven
Cook for 45 minutes to an hour
Turkey Rolls:
Preheat oven to 375F
Put in a roasting pan and place in oven
Cook for 25-35 minutes until warm
Stuffing:
Preheat oven to 375F
Remove plastic lid from tray and place stuffing in oven
Cook for 25-30 minutes until heated through
Gravy:
Place gravy in a saucepan
Warm over medium heat
Stirring frequently, until bubbling
Mashed Potatoes:
Place potatoes in saucepan over medium heat and stir until steaming
Add milk if needed
Brussels Sprouts:
Preheat oven to 375
Remove plastic from pan
Place in oven for approx 15 minutes
Or enjoy room temperature!
Corn Pudding:
Preheat oven to 375
Remove plastic from pan
Place in oven for approx 20 minutes
Honey Nut Squash:
Preheat oven to 375
Remove plastic from pan
Place in oven for approx 15 minutes
Or enjoy room temperature!
Farro Salad:
Enjoy at room temperature or straight from the refrigerator
