Kale Caesar Salad made vegetarian with an umami rich dressing using smoked dulse and vegan Worcestershire sauce. Topped with a little red onion, Grana Padano and a crunchy Gremolata of bread crumbs, Garlic, Butter, Lemon and Arbequina Olive Oil and Salt.
