

This artisan pasta features stoneground Heritage Durum Semolina, a wheat variety that thrives in an arid desert climate. After mixing durum flours with cold water, Hayden Mills extrudes the pasta through a chilled bronze die to preserve all the flavor and goodness of the grain and uses a slow-drying method to enhance the texture.
From seed to plate, every step of the process is thoughtfully crafted to create a rich, mindful and delicious experience.
Fusilli - Originally from southern Italy, fusilli was made by wrapping spaghetti around a spindle and allowing it to dry out. Fusilli spirals are known for “trapping” your favorite sauces and making your dishes even more enjoyable.
Macaroni - Narrow tubes, a bit longer than the traditional elbow macaroni. Still makes a mean mac 'n cheese.
